Alan's Blog

Well the great day has come and gone, peace reigns in the garden broken only by bird song and the helicopters taking the wealthy home from Pilton where there was some sort of music festival.

We had a fantastic day over 200 visitors more would have come but alas the local radio rather hinted (a very big hint) that Glastonbury was shut off and this I suspect kept people away though we sold out of Cream Teas and almost cake.

The sun shone people sat all round the top lawn with their tea, Rupert played the Violin and the Swedish visitors saw a real English garden, but none of this could have happened if it were not for the fantastic crew who helped out.
